How is this different from Wati or AiSensy?

Those are official WhatsApp Business API providers โ€” they work for many businesses but block regulated industries (vape, alcohol, supplements, etc.). Our solution provides equivalent functionality for businesses they won't serve, with full compliance handling built in.

Will customers know they're talking to a bot?

Setup is intensive (POS integration, persona development, testing) and takes 2โ€“4 weeks. The 3-month minimum ensures both sides see actual ROI โ€” short trials don't give the bot enough data to demonstrate value. Annual prepay gets a 10% discount.
