ZNO AI ("we", "us") is a Malaysian AI services studio operated by Zero Excuses One Solution (Reg. 202603021273 (JM1038845-P)). This policy explains what personal data we collect through znoai.com.my and our chat tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

1. What we collect

• What you send us. Our contact form and buttons open a WhatsApp conversation with us. The details you share there - your name, phone number, and message - reach us on WhatsApp; this website itself does not store your form entries on any server of ours.
• Chat conversations. Messages you type into our AI chat demo or chat widget are sent to our systems to generate a reply and, where you ask to be contacted, to record your enquiry. Along with the message, the widget sends a randomly generated session ID, the page address, and the referring page so the conversation works properly.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects anonymised usage statistics such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. We use this only to understand how the site is used.
• Browser storage. Our chat widget saves a random session ID in your browser (localStorage) so your conversation continues if you reload the page. It contains no personal details unless you type them into the chat.

2. How we use your data

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver services you engage us for, keep a record of qualified enquiries, and improve this website and our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers needed to run our business - our hosting provider, Google (analytics), and Meta (when you contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, those platforms process the conversation under their own policies). Data shared with us during a client engagement is handled under that engagement's confidentiality terms.

4. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or engagement, and afterwards only where the law requires it. Chat sessions that lead nowhere are periodically cleared.

5. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to further processing. Write to zeroexcusesonesolution@znoai.com.my and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-party platforms

WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms we link to operate under their own privacy policies, which apply once you interact with us there.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
